Jill Gould is the Founder & CEO of National Partner Search, a nationwide, partner-level attorney recruiting firm that connects leading law firms with outstanding legal talent. In addition to being the operations head and strategic decision maker, Jill leads the firm's talent recruiting and law firm consulting activities, connecting and planning daily with her vast network of client law firms and attorneys throughout the United States.

She specializes in partners and practice groups and is frequently contacted by managing partners tasked with key search priorities. Jill holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Social Psychology from Tufts University and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University. Earlier in her career, Jill clerked for the Honorable Juan Torruella on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She then practiced law at Hale & Dorr (now WilmerHale) in Boston, and later at Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal (now Dentons) in Washington, DC.
